a) Create an Engaging Networks page
Set up a Data Capture page in Engaging Networks (this can be the same page where you embed your quiz, but it doesn't have to be). Quiz entries will be stored as if supporters took action on this page.
- No form fields, questions or opt-ins needed on the EN page.
- You can add an autoresponder email if you want.
- Set the page status to 'Live' in Engaging Networks.
b) Set up the connection between the quiz and Engaging Networks
- Then in our dashboard, edit the quiz and go to the Entries tab
- Enable Engaging Networks integration for this quiz
- Then complete the quiz Engaging Networks settings - choose the page you created from the list, and map each field and opt-in/out to its corresponding EN field, question or opt-in.
c) Test sending quiz entry data to Engaging Networks
Once you've done the above, send a test quiz entry below to check everything is working correctly - click on Send a test quiz entry
Check in your Engaging Networks account - go to Data & Reports > Lookup supporter. Search for the person whose data you sent and look at their Transaction History. Note: it may take a few minutes for data to appear in Engaging Networks.
