On the rare occasions when quiz entries cannot be successfully sent to Engaging Networks, here's what happens:
- The system only tries to send quiz entries to Engaging Networks if everything's fully set up (integration is set up with paid subscription, integration enabled for this quiz, field mappings are set up for the quiz -- see settings at bottom of the Entries tab of a quiz).
- The system only tries to send quiz entries to Engaging Networks if everything's fully set up (integration is set up with paid subscription, integration enabled for this quiz, field mappings are set up for the quiz -- see settings at bottom of the Entries tab of a quiz).
- The system tries to send new quiz entries to Engaging Networks every 7 minutes. It will try to send an entry to Engaging Networks 3 times before it counts it as failing to send.
- If one or more entries fail to be sent to Engaging Networks for a quiz, it triggers an email to the organisation admins of the organisation whose quiz it is. (you may potentially receive more than one email if you have more than one quiz - this is because you may need to fix settings on each quiz). A new email will be sent after 24 hours if new quiz entries continue to fail to be sent to Engaging Networks.

- Once you have tried the things in the list, you can click the button to retry sending failed entries. Retrying failed entries is done overnight between 3am and 7am GMT.
