Before users see their quiz score, you can collect some data about them. This is useful for lead generation and supporter tracking.
The Form section in the Completion tab allows you to set up the form fields for the data you want to collect.
The options you can include are as follows (you do not need to include all of these):
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Opt-in
When you enable one of these, clicking on it will bring up the detailed options like this:
You can choose whether the form field should be required or not (if it is required, the user has to complete this field before moving on to view their score).
You can choose what the label should say, and whether there is a placeholder and if so what it should say.
And you can choose to have a field prefill if that is an option, for example if they have already filled in another form in the same session or if they are coming to the quiz from an email you have sent.
Finally, you can also choose to hide a form field if it is prefilled as well.
